About Us

Aussies came into my life back in 2003 when my beloved childhood Border Collie passed away. I was afraid another Border Collie would remind me of her too much, so I decided to give an Aussie a try and I am so glad I did! Dakota was a beautiful ASCA registered Red Merle male that loved me more than anything and the feeling was mutual. When I left for college he stayed on the family farm moving cows and swimming in the river. Fast forward a few years and a few dogs later, and we now have multiple Aussies that we are lucky to share our home with.
